1 Bets Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between 1 Bets (https://1bets.click) and its users. 1 Bets is an online betting and casino platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. 1 Bets reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and any such changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative document.

Limitations of Liability

1 Bets services are only available to users residing in regions where online betting is legally permitted. Compliance with the laws of your own country or region is entirely your responsibility. 1 Bets does not provide legal advice.

2Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and participate in betting or casino games on 1 Bets:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only open one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information will result in account termination.
• If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, 1 Bets may request verification.

Identity Verification (KYC)

1 Bets complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. You may be required to provide identity verification (KYC) documents before completing any withdrawal or when transactions exceed a specified amount. This may include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)
• Proof of payment method ownership

1 Bets reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process has been completed.

3Deposits & Payments

1 Bets currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10 (ten Taka).
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits made through third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please wait up to 30 minutes and contact support if the issue persists.

Currency

All transactions on 1 Bets are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). No foreign currency conversion is needed, so there are no additional conversion charges.

4Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to withdrawing winnings from 1 Bets:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Your KYC verification must be completed before you can make a withdrawal.

Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

1 Bets reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal under the following circumstances:

• If KYC documents are incomplete or invalid
• If the bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• If evidence of suspicious activity is found on the account
• If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same IP address or device

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting and casino games on 1 Bets:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (cashout is available for Live Betting).
• All bets placed before a match begins are considered 'Pre-Match'. Bets placed while a match is in progress are considered 'In-Play'.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, 1 Bets will determine the outcome of affected bets in accordance with its own rules.
• If odds are displayed incorrectly (Obvious Error), 1 Bets reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, 1 Bets will treat the last verifiable result as final.
• In Live Casino, the dealer's decision is final.

6Bonuses & Promotions

1 Bets regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new registered members only. Each person is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement has been met.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or sports. The full terms for each offer are listed separately.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1 Bets platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting activities.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or vulnerability on the platform for dishonest gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment toward 1 Bets staff.

8Account Closure

1 Bets may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If false or fraudulent documents are submitted during KYC verification.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (more than 12 months) (inactive account).
• Upon court order or direction from a regulatory authority.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.

Self-Initiated Account Closure

To close your account voluntarily, email support@1bets.click. Please withdraw your remaining balance before closure. Once an account is permanently closed, reactivation may not be possible.

Inactive Account Fee

An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee of up to ৳100 may be charged per month on inactive accounts. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

9Responsible Gaming

1 Bets believes that betting and casino games should be enjoyed purely for entertainment. We genuinely care about the wellbeing and financial safety of our users.

Self-Limit Settings

On 1 Bets, you can set the following limits yourself:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum amount per bet.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily deactivate your account for an extended period.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Limitation of Liability

1 Bets is not liable for the following:

• If a bet or game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• When a transaction is delayed due to technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• For any consequences arising from a user's violation of the laws of their own country.
• If service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

Under all circumstances, 1 Bets' maximum liability is limited to the actual balance available in the user's account.

Service Disruption

1 Bets may temporarily take the platform offline for routine maintenance and upgrades. Users will be notified in advance for scheduled maintenance. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.

12Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

1 Bets reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email and/or announced on the site.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between 1 Bets and a user will first be addressed through mutual discussion. To raise a complaint, send a written request to support@1bets.click. Our team will respond within 72 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body for settlement.
